Esslie started STAC in 2020 after working for a National LTL carrier. With over a decade of experience, Esslie has built STAC Solutions on transparency, integrity, and strong relationships. She has built a good clientele locally because supporting small, local business is something she’s passionate about. Although she started as a local freight rep, operations have expanded to include business all over the United States. Priority1 allows STAC to borrow the buying power and support of a large 3PL while providing the service and personal touch of a local, small business. In addition to growing and working her business, she enjoys gardening, yoga, cycling, and making memories with her husband and two young children.
Ana Moncion -Operations Manager
Ana joined our team in 2024 and has been an incredible asset to the team. She is prompt and not afraid to pick up the phone to get to the bottom of an issue. She has been working in LTL for years and understands the ins and outs of freight shipping. Ana works tracking reports each morning, quoting and booking throughout the day, and continually monitors pick ups and deliveries on the LTL and truckload side. For expedited, she is an expert at getting an option booked within 10-15 minutes for our clients. As an International Business major, she has an understanding of supply chain that keeps us ahead of the curve with the constant volatility of the freight industry. In her spare time, she is a foodie, loves to travel, and enjoys relaxing with her husband, young daughter, and dogs.
Alanis Castro -Operations Assistant
Alanis joined our team in 2026. She quickly plugged in and took over our LTL variances, creating solutions to properly dispute reweighs and reclasses for our clients in a way that is convenient for them and takes a lot of the effort off the client’s plate, minimizing emails. I have seen her dig into variances to see if there is another angle to help the client minimize additional costs. As our team grows, Alanis is eager to help clients have a smooth shipping experience and is growing with us. In her spare time, she is quite busy! Alanis is studying to be a Dermatologist, attending classes while working with us. She also enjoys spending time with her Grandmother, Mother, and Daughter. We are so glad to have her!
